I am a freelance specialty coffee professional with over 13 years of international experience across high-volume cafes, fast-paced restaurants, cocktail bars and hospitality management. My background includes leading teams, refining service workflows and developing cocktail and wine menus*.
While my past experience spans various hospitality sectors, my current focus is exclusively on specialty coffee. Holding an SCA Barista Intermediate certification, I combine technical knowledge with the leadership skills gained from years of management.
